Biography

Diane Knoepke is the Associate Director of Northwestern University’s MS Learning and Organizational Change (MSLOC) graduate program. With decades of experience as a consultant and chief of staff, she focuses on transforming organizations by partnering with change leaders. As an advisor, instructor, and team leader, Diane drives people-centered outcomes utilizing her skills in workforce development, enterprise strategy, program design, partnership creation, and impact measurement. Her extensive leadership roles include directing a nonprofit’s regional expansion and leading cross-disciplinary consulting teams across multiple countries. Diane earned her graduate and undergraduate degrees from Northwestern University and is actively involved with various charitable organizations in Chicago, supporting initiatives such as Springboard Success and Chicago Women Philanthropy.
