Biography

E-Yang Goh is a Lecturer in the Department of Management at Macquarie University Business School. He has a keen interest in exploring various ideas, focusing on three main research interests: how people make (in)effective decisions, the influence of people's behavior on well-being, and the effect of mindset adoption on processes. Prior to his academic career, E-Yang worked as a psychologist at the Singapore Institute of Mental Health, where he facilitated group psychotherapy sessions and conducted triage. He completed his Doctorate in Philosophy in Management from the National University of Singapore. E-Yang’s goal is to conduct impactful research that expands scholarly knowledge while providing practical recommendations for interventions. His research predominantly revolves around employee well-being, decision making, and unethical behavior, with a broader aim to understand the facets influenced by the mindsets people adopt.
