Dr. Eahab Elsaid

Biography

Eahab Elsaid is a Professor of Finance at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. He earned his Ph.D. in Finance from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville in 2006, and holds an M.A. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Electronics Communications from the same institution and Cairo University, respectively. His research interests include ethnic minority leadership, employee engagement, and social capital in business management. Elsaid has contributed to numerous publications in prestigious journals, focusing on topics such as CEO turnover and employee behavior in organizations. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Academy of Management and the Financial Management Association, which reflect his extensive engagement with the academic community in finance. Over the years, Elsaid has published multiple studies that investigate the dynamics of leadership and employee relationships, particularly within the banking and telecommunication sectors in Egypt. His work seeks to shed light on various factors influencing organizational behavior and performance.
