Dr. Elisa Adriasola

Biography

Elisa Adriasola is an Assistant Professor with expertise in Organizational Behavior at the Business School of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. She earned her Ph.D. in Management from the University of Western Australia, where she also held Research Associate Lecturer positions. Her research focuses on leadership motivation, particularly in leadership development, shared leadership, and diversity issues within organizations. Adriasola has been awarded significant funding for research from international and national bodies, including the US Army Research Institute and FONDECYT. She has contributed to international books and has published in peer-reviewed journals, while also presenting at numerous international conferences. With over ten years of experience in teaching, Adriasola specializes in designing innovative courses related to leadership, teams, organizational behavior, and diversity at various educational levels. She is a founding member of the Chilean Society of Psychology and Organizational Behavior (SOCIPCO) and actively collaborates with scholars internationally. Her research aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on how education and leadership can contribute to poverty alleviation and societal prosperity.
