Biography

Emily joined Warwick Business School in January 2024 after completing her PhD in Business Management in 2021. In her current role, she collaborates with the Coventry & Warwickshire Integrated Care Board to co-develop and deliver research related to integrated care services in the region. Her research primarily focuses on understanding the relationships and collaborative dynamics that influence organizational systems change, particularly in innovating and improving healthcare environments. Prior to this, Emily worked as a Research Fellow at Warwick Medical School, collaborating with local and international research teams and partners. She has also led organizational network research focusing on NHS evaluations. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, taking long walks, and listening to podcasts.
