Biography

Emma Soane joined the Department of Management at the London School of Economics in 2008, where she teaches organizational behavior and leadership to postgraduate students and executives. Her research focuses on how personality, team dynamics, and organizational environments influence decision-making, performance, and risk-taking behaviors. Dr. Soane has extensive experience conducting research in both public and private sector organizations, including government departments, NHS hospitals, and top-tier investment banks. Prior to joining LSE, she worked as an assistant psychologist in mental health and learning disabilities services and as a senior lecturer at Kingston Business School.
