Fridman has taught undergraduate and graduate-level courses at Northwestern and DePaul universities, focusing on leadership development and organizational change. Currently, he co-teaches courses in the MSLOC program: “Accelerating Learning Performance” and “Building Transformative Client Relationships.” He also serves as an MSLOC ILP coach and supports the Kellogg School’s Executive MBA program as a leadership coach and team facilitator. Fridman is passionate about helping adult learners grow and build expertise in organizational leadership development. He serves as president of the Chasing Hope Foundation, advocates for supportive housing, and volunteers as a coach for Million Degrees, an organization empowering low-income community college students to succeed.
