Dr. Eugene Kim

Biography

Eugene Kim is an associate professor of organizational behavior at the Scheller College of Business, Georgia Institute of Technology. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. His current research interests include workplace mistreatment, emotional well-being at work, and strategic human resource management. Kim has published articles in esteemed journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, and Strategic Management Journal. He has served on the editorial board of the Journal of Applied Psychology and is an Editorial Board Member for the Human Resource Management Review. His teaching experience encompasses organizational behavior and human resource management at both the University of Minnesota and Georgia Institute of Technology. Kim has been recognized with research and teaching awards from notable organizations including the Academy of Management, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the University of Minnesota, and Georgia Institute of Technology.
