Biography

Eunice (Pulum) Kim is a Lecturer in the Department of Management & Organizations at Boston University Questrom School of Business. She is currently a PhD student specializing in the dynamics of status and power and how they relate to individual work experiences. Prior to her academic pursuits, she gained diverse experience by working at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington D.C. and in educational roles at Saint Paul Preparatory in Seoul and a technology education startup in Seoul, South Korea. She holds a Master’s degree in International Studies from Seoul National University, completed in 2018, and an A.B. in Comparative Literature from Brown University, obtained in 2014.
