Kartchava has authored books on corrective feedback and language assessment and serves as Co-chair of the Carleton University Research Ethics Board. She was recognized with the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Teaching Development Award in 2020 and has been significantly involved in various professional development initiatives in her field.
