Fabiola Barba Ponce is a Research Fellow at Macquarie University, specializing in the intersection of psychology and social policy, particularly focusing on work and non-work adjustment for skilled migrants in Australia. She holds a PhD in Psychology from Macquarie University, awarded in 2017, where her research explored the experiences of Mexican immigrants in adjusting to life in Australia.
