Biography

Filippo Carlo Wezel is a Professor at the Faculty of Economics at the Università della Svizzera italiana (USI), appointed in September 2009. He serves as the Director of the Institute of Management and Organization (IMO) at USI and is a Visiting Research Professor at emlyon in France. He is also a Research Fellow at the Judge Business School of Cambridge University. His teaching interests encompass organizational theory and behavior at various academic levels, while his research focuses on organizational identity, careers, managerial mobility, and entrepreneurship.
