Biography

Gabriele Jacobs is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Jacobs has a PhD from the University of Münster, which was part of a multidisciplinary program funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft. Her career includes positions at the University of Cologne and HEC Paris, contributing to various EU projects dedicated to security and safety management. She is passionate about collaborating with interdisciplinary scholars and practitioners to address societal challenges. Outside academia, Gabriele enjoys traveling, reading, and exploring the Netherlands with her family.
