Professor Dr. Galit Ashkenazi Golan

Biography

Galit Ashkenazi-Golan is an Assistant Professor at the London School of Economics (LSE) since 2021. She is a research affiliate at the School of Mathematical Sciences at Tel-Aviv University and completed her PhD under the supervision of Ehud Lehrer at Tel-Aviv University. During her PhD, she spent years as a visiting scholar at École Polytechnique in Paris. Her research focuses on Game Theory and includes mathematical modeling of strategic interactions. She has particular interests in dynamic games, such as repeated games, stochastic games, and Borel games, as well as information equilibrium in games. Additionally, she explores related topics in social learning and Markov Decision Processes within Computational Game Theory.
