Biography

Gary J. Greguras is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University. He obtained his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organisational Psychology from Bowling Green State University in 1998, and holds an M.A. and B.A. in Industrial/Organisational Psychology and Psychology respectively. He has received several awards and recognitions for his teaching excellence and research contributions, including the Dean’s Teaching Honour List at SMU and the Cecil M. As the Area Coordinator for Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the curriculum and guiding academic initiatives in the department. Greguras is active in the academic community, participating in conferences and publishing research findings that enhance the understanding of workplace dynamics and employee behaviour.
