Biography

Goldie Pritchard currently serves as Assistant Dean of the Academic Success Program at Michigan State University College of Law. She is the founder of the Academic Success Program, which has become an integral part of the law college since its inception in 2009. Goldie has supported law students in navigating their academic careers and preparing for the bar exam through the development and implementation of various programs and courses, as well as through one-on-one interactions. She embraces the challenge of deciphering and supporting individual students to help them achieve academic success and bar exam success. Goldie takes pride in her work with non-traditional and academically at-risk students, cherishing the opportunity to help them become lawyers and serve their respective communities. She empowers students, particularly those who feel disenfranchised by the law school experience, to adjust and succeed. Goldie brings extensive experience in student affairs and academic support from multiple higher education settings, intersecting her passion with her professional duties. Additionally, she serves on committees for academic support organizations and volunteers her time to assist students across the country who have struggled to pass the bar exam.
