Biography

Hamish Chalmers is a Senior Departmental Lecturer at the Department of Education at the University of Oxford, where he also serves as the Course Director for the Postgraduate Diploma in English as an Additional Language (EAL) and is the Co-Director of the Oxford Education Deanery.
