Biography

Hossam Zeitoun is a Reader in the Strategy & International Business Group and the Behavioural Sciences Group at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. He serves as Associate Editor for the Academy of Management Review and is the Course Director for the Executive MBA program. Hossam's interdisciplinary research focuses on the behavioral foundations of coordination, team production, and organizational structures, with his work published in leading journals such as the Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Perspectives, Management Science, Psychological Review, Trends in Cognitive Sciences, and Cognition. Before his academic career, he gained international project experience in the insurance and telecom industries across countries like Gabon, Tunisia, and India. He earned his PhD from the University of Zurich in Switzerland. At Warwick, Hossam teaches both full-time and part-time MBA students, concentrating on corporate strategy and corporate governance. He actively develops emerging academic talent and is involved in various initiatives, including the Academy of Management Review's Bridge Reviewer Mentoring program and Idea Development Workshops, aimed at challenging and supporting researchers to shape future management thinking.
