Biography

Ian Russell is a Lecturer in African Studies and International Development at the University of Edinburgh's School of Social and Political Science. Ian teaches courses on MSc Data, Inequality, and Society and engages in PhD supervision on various topics related to politics and education in conflict-affected contexts.
