Biography

Ina Radtke is an Assistant Professor at Radboud University specializing in Public Administration. Her research primarily focuses on the legitimacy of organizational change within public administrations, linking approaches from policy analysis and organization theory. She investigates both internal and external governance in the public sector, with a keen interest in the notions and expectations surrounding technological developments and inclusiveness. Radtke's empirical work centers on migration and integration policies as well as the digital transformation of public administration.
