Biography

Irina Nikolova holds a PhD in psychology from the Open University of the Netherlands and currently serves as an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at Maastricht University, in the School of Business and Economics, within the Department of Organization, Strategy, Entrepreneurship.
