Dr. Isidora Maletic

Biography

Isidora Maletic is a Reader in Law (Education) at King's College London and recognized as a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy pursuant to the UK Professional Standards Framework. She serves on the Advisory Board and is a Fellow of the Centre of European Law at King's College London. Dr. Maletic has extensive teaching and professional training experience, including the development of programs for virtual educational delivery. Her professional experience spans consulting for leading international law firms on various regulatory matters. Her research interests encompass trade regulation, competition law, Brexit-related regulation, financial services regulation, environmental law (green regulation and sustainability), consumer protection, and technology regulation (digital/artificial intelligence), along with educational issues, particularly assessments and educational quality assurance. Dr. Maletic has authored several books and is published widely in respected international journals. She has been an invited speaker at expert seminars and high-profile conferences and has held visiting posts at various higher education institutions. Dr. Maletic holds a BA (Hons) in Law, LLM, MA, and a Doctorate from King's College London and Queens' College, University of Cambridge. She is a non-practising solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and is fluent in multiple languages.
