Biography

Jason Yeung is a Lecturer in the Department of Occupational Therapy at Monash University. He is involved in practice education placement coordination within the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) program and is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program supported by a Research Training Program (RTP) scholarship. Jason completed his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at Monash University in 2014, during which he conducted an honours thesis titled 'Identification Evaluation of Sensory Assessments with Respect to Utility in Working with Children Aged 12 Years', for which he received the Department of Occupational Therapy Award for leadership skills and citizenship. His early career included clinical practice in the aged care sector, coupled with roles as a Teaching Associate and Research Assistant at Monash University. In 2023, he completed a Master of Biomedical Science at the University of Melbourne. His master's thesis explored the 'Impacts of Intrapersonal and Interpersonal Factors on Benefit Finding and Quality of Life in Younger Stroke Survivors.'
