Dr. Jennifer Cullen

Biography

Jennifer Cullen is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and serves as the Director of the Division of Dental Hygiene. She graduated from Ferris State University's Dental Hygiene Program in 1998 and has 16 years of clinical practice experience. In 2012, she completed her Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene through the University of Michigan's E-Learning Degree Completion Program. Jennifer has developed a special interest in service-learning and community-based oral health initiatives. She pursued a Master's in Public Health Degree with a certificate in Health Education and Promotion, which she completed in 2015 through Benedictine University's online graduate program. Her professional interests include campus-community partnerships, especially programs that benefit older adults, online learning technologies, and program evaluation. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Hygienists' Association, the American Dental Education Association, and the American Association of Public Health Dentistry, and she is also part of the Honor Society Phi Kappa Phi at the University of Michigan.
