Biography

Jennifer Hoffman is an Associate Professor in the field of Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership at the University of Washington. Her research focuses on Educational Foundations, Leadership, and Policy within the context of higher education and intercollegiate athletics. She analyzes the policies surrounding athletics and their implications in college sports, including the emerging dynamics of college esports. Hoffman possesses a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from the University of Washington, an M.A. in Student Development Administration from Seattle University, and a B.S. in Physical Education from Washington State University.
