Jessica E. Murphy, MD, MS, FACP currently serves as the Associate Program Director for the Ambulatory Care Internal Medicine Residency Program. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the educational experience of residents at continuity clinic sites, including Rhode Island Hospital's Center for Primary Care and the VA outpatient clinic. She oversees the intern quality improvement continuity clinic rotation and coordinates the ambulatory noon conference curriculum for the residency program. Her research interests include ambulatory medical education, evaluation and feedback, direct observation, and the teaching of EMR-based skills, as well as the use of technology in medical education.
