Dr. Jing Hu

Biography

Jing Hu is a lecturer in the School of Management and Governance at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Business School. She received her PhD from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Beijing Normal University. Her teaching encompasses organizational behaviour, leadership, and teamwork at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including MBA courses. Jing's research centers on work meaningfulness, employee decision-making, and well-being, utilizing a variety of research methods and cross-cultural contexts. Her studies focus on the antecedents and consequences of work meaningfulness, determinants of decision-making in work environments, and factors affecting employee well-being. Her work has been published in notable journals such as the Journal of Experimental Psychology and Frontiers in Psychology, and featured in media outlets like Forbes and Inc.
