Biography

John Rudolph is a Professor in the Curriculum & Instruction department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Curriculum Instruction and holds a master’s degree in History Science. Prior to his current position, he spent several years teaching physics, chemistry, and biology in middle and high schools throughout Wisconsin. Since joining the department in 1999, he has also held affiliate appointments in the Department of Educational Policy Studies and the Holtz Center for Science and Technology Studies at the university. Rudolph's research interests focus on the intersections of education policy and the sciences, reflecting a commitment to improving educational outcomes in STEM fields.
