Biography

Joshua Childs is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Texas at Austin. His educational background includes a Ph.D. in Learning Sciences and Policy from the University of Pittsburgh, an M.A. in Educational Foundations, Policy, and Practice from the University of Colorado-Boulder, and a B.A. in History and Elementary Education from the University of Tulsa. He has published numerous articles in esteemed educational journals and has received several awards for his contributions to educational equity and policy development.
