Kalypso Filippou works as a Postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Applied Educational Science at Umeå University. Her research focuses on higher education, particularly the experiences of international students and postgraduate thesis supervision within intercultural education contexts. She has significant teaching experience including courses on university pedagogy, supervised master's thesis seminars, and doctoral research supervision. Kalypso has presented at more than 20 national and international conferences and has conducted research visits in New Zealand, Sweden, and Denmark.
