Dr. Kara Arnold

Biography

Kara Arnold is a professor specializing in organizational behaviour and human resource management at the Faculty of Business Administration, Memorial University of Newfoundland. She holds a PhD in organizational behaviour from Queen's University, an MBA from McMaster University, and a BA in psychology from the University of Ottawa. Her teaching encompasses both graduate and undergraduate courses in organizational behaviour and human resource management. Professor Arnold's research is concentrated on leadership, employee well-being, and gender and diversity issues within organizations. Her work has been published in several leading journals and presented at international conferences. In addition to her academic work, she provides consulting and management training services to both private and public sector organizations, focusing on topics such as leadership, women's leadership, team building, and creating healthy workplaces.
