Kate Hoskins is a Reader in Public Policy at King's College London, where she serves as the Deputy Director of the School of Government. Her research focuses on education social policy, identity, and inequalities, with particular interest in the intersections of early years settings and further and higher education. Kate has co-chaired the Gender and Education Association and has chaired the Education Research committee at the Froebel Trust. Kate holds an MA in Education Policy and Society and a PhD in Public and Social Education Policy from King's College London. She has previously taught education and public policy at Brunel University of London, Roehampton University, and Birkbeck.
