Biography

Kathleen (Katie) Stephenson is an Assistant Professor in Organizational Change Leadership at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, part of the School of Business and Economics. Her primary research interests include diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), leadership, and organizational change.
