Dr. Kathryn Boudett

Biography

Kathryn Parker Boudett is a Senior Lecturer at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the Executive Director of the Data Wise Project. Her work focuses on supporting educators to collaboratively improve learning and teaching, ensuring that every student thrives. She has led institutes and developed online courses and a coach certification program that emphasize collaborative data inquiry to foster equitable schools. Boudett is a co-editor of several influential books, including 'Data Wise: Educators Collaborating to Ensure Learning for All' (2005, 2013, 2025), 'System Wise: Continuous Instructional Improvement Scale' (2024), and 'Meeting Wise: Making Collaborative Time Work for Educators' (2014), all published by Harvard Education Press. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University and a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
