Biography

Adjunct Associate Professor Lynda Wee specializes in Retailing, Mall Management, Customer Engagement, Design Thinking, and Leadership Development. She is a Certified Senior Practising Management Consultant and a Workplace Learning Specialist, recognized for her innovative approach to advance learning technology through several national innovation grants. Lynda has a consulting practice, Bootstrap, and has held significant roles including Senior Vice President of Learning Development at CapitaLand Limited. In this capacity, she was instrumental in establishing the CapitaLand Institute of Management and Business (CLIMB), the corporate university of CapitaLand. CLIMB is dedicated to designing and delivering programs that align with core values and develop managerial leadership within the real estate sector. Lynda is also a founding member of the Temasek-Linked Companies Organisation Development Network and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom. Additionally, she serves as a Visiting Professor in Retail Marketing at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, United States, and continues to contribute to the Division of Marketing at Nanyang Business School.
