Larry completed his undergraduate and graduate work at Texas A&M University and earned his Ph.D. in 2015. He worked with Dr. Sherry Yennello on isospin equilibration in Fermi energy heavy-ion nuclear collisions. He is dedicated to teaching and sharing his passion for mathematics and science with undergraduate students, helping to develop the next generation of great researchers and thinkers. His continued research interests are in physics pedagogy and the asymmetry energy nuclear equation of state. Larry aims to enable undergraduate research opportunities for students who would not normally have access to world-class undergraduate research experiences.
