Biography

Larthia R. Dunham is a practicum educational consultant and faculty member with twenty years of experience teaching graduate level courses in macro social work. She is affiliated with the University Consortium for Children and Families (UCCF) and offers cross-cultural sensitivity workshops and training for agencies working with diverse populations. Larthia is the co-founder of Social Workers Without Borders, a non-profit international organization, and has been an active member of the National, State, and Local Chapters of the Association of Black Social Workers, having served as past President of the Greater Los Angeles chapter. Her passion for international social work has led her to develop Summer Immersion Programs that have taken students to Ethiopia, South Africa, and Ghana.
