Biography

Linda Chang is an Associate Professor at the University of New South Wales in the Business School of Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation. She serves as the Postgraduate Research Coordinator and teaches management accounting courses. Linda completed her PhD at UNSW, where her thesis focused on the effects of management accounting practices on supplier-customer negotiations. She has experience in corporate recovery within the Business Advisory Services Division at KPMG Fiji. Her research interests encompass behavioral research in management accounting, managing inter-firm relationships, negotiation, and fostering creativity and innovation within organizations. She has received several research grants, including from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Accounting & Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand, which have funded investigations into the impacts of costing and management controls on negotiations.
