Lisa Kahaleole Hall is a Program Director in Indigenous Studies at the University of Victoria. She holds a PhD in Ethnic Studies from the University of California at Berkeley and completed her MA and PhD at the same institution. She graduated with a BA cum laude in Women’s Studies from Yale University. Hall's research and teaching interests focus on the intersections of race, colonialism, indigeneity, gender, and sexuality, particularly in the context of her Kanaka Maoli heritage.
