Biography

Lisa Ordóñez is the Dean and Stanley Pauline Foster Endowed Chair at the Rady School of Management, University of California, San Diego. Appointed as Dean in September 2019, she has been instrumental in transitioning Rady's focus from a start-up to a platform for growth, emphasizing innovative impact within the San Diego business community. Before joining UCSD, she spent 25 years at the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, where she held the position of Vice Dean for 4 ½ years. She has published extensively on topics related to decision-making, unethical behavior, and the effects of goal-setting within organizations, contributing significantly to the field of behavioral ethics in management.
