Biography

Maria Gallo is a Professor and the Director of the Masters in High Performance Coaching and Technical Leadership at the University of British Columbia. With a PhD in Exercise Physiology from the University of Alberta and a BSc in Bio-Medical Sciences from the University of Guelph, Maria combines her comprehensive academic background with practical experience as a retired national team athlete in rugby and bobsleigh.
