Biography

Marie-Hélène Gilbert is a Full Professor and Director of the M.Sc. Research Doctoral Programs at the Faculty of Business Administration (FSA) of Université Laval. She specializes in industrial-organizational psychology, focusing on mental health and well-being in the workplace. With extensive research in human resource management and psychological methodology, she analyzes occupational health and safety issues. Marie-Hélène has contributed significantly to the understanding of psychological stressors in work environments and has developed measurement tools for workplace psychological health. Her current research projects involve partnerships with various organizations to enhance well-being through effective change management strategies. She actively participates in academic committees and conferences, sharing her expertise on the intersection of management practices and employee health.
