Biography

Mark is an independent business advisor and executive coach, currently serving as a co-programme director for the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme. He is a founding partner of Berkeley Partnership, a management consultancy based in London and New York, where he has worked for over 30 years. Mark is a consultant with extensive experience across a wide range of industry sectors, advising organizations on strategy and leading major transformational change initiatives. His clients include multinational household names such as Prudential, Barclays, NatWest, Lloyd’s of London, Hiscox, Unilever, Allen & Overy, Roche, AstraZeneca, GSK, Burberry, Marks & Spencer, Cathay Pacific, and Booking.com. Following his retirement from the Berkeley Partnership, Mark continued to work with several organizations, providing advice on pre- and post-merger acquisition due diligence, strategy, operations, and organizational behavior. As a qualified executive coach, he has helped numerous business leaders identify opportunities for improvement in personal and organizational performance. Mark collaborates with Oxford Saïd on delivering custom executive education programmes and contributes to various open programmes, including the Oxford Leading Professional Services Firms and the MBA Fundamentals programmes, while also participating in the School's research publications.
