Biography

Professor Mark C. Suchman is an expert in the sociology of organizations, markets, law, and professions. His research focuses on the interactions between law, innovation, and entrepreneurship during periods of rapid political, economic, and technological change. Starting in September 2023, he will serve as the Executive Director of the American Bar Foundation, leading socio-legal research initiatives.
