Dr. Marsha Ershaghi

Biography

Marsha Ershaghi is an Adjunct Professor in Management Organization at USC Marshall. She is a published thought leader and industry expert who has been interviewed by various media outlets, including CNBC and CNN. Marsha contributed to the book 'Next-Generation Ethics: Engineering Society' published by Cambridge University Press in 2020. She collaborates with fellow experts across multiple schools at USC, including the Viterbi School of Engineering and the Keck School of Medicine. Marsha holds an EdD and an MA in Education Technology Leadership from Pepperdine University, where she focused on ethical leadership as a means for corporate culture change. She also holds a Certification in Corporate Governance from Santa Clara University. Additionally, Marsha serves on the board of several organizations, including Ethena and Compliance.ai. Her expertise lies in Business Ethics, Corporate Culture, and Organizational Effectiveness.
