Biography

Dr. Bartell received his B.A. (Hons.) in Economics and Political Science from McGill University, his M.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the Graduate School of Business, University of Chicago, and his Ph.D. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. He served as the founding director of an international exchange program, successfully managing university partnerships across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. He has held a research leave as a visiting scholar at the International Centre, University of Missouri, where he delivered presentations at numerous international forums. His academic research focuses on innovation management through an organizational behavior lens and includes designing nationally broadcast series on work quality for CTV Television Network and consulting for the Government of Canada over seminars in Sweden. Currently, Dr. Bartell is concentrating on the internationalization of post-secondary education and effective implementation strategies.
