Her research centers around how students, clinical supervisors, and university educators experience the occupational therapy assessment process and how these experiences can be leveraged to create effective learning environments that support student development. Matilda has a rich background as a registered occupational therapist, having worked in various educational and healthcare settings, including preschool, elementary schools, and regional health services. Her academic qualifications include a Master of Medical Science with a major in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, both from Linköping University.
