Biography

Matthew Treviño is an Assistant Professor of Voice at the Mead Witter School of Music, University of Wisconsin–Madison. Treviño's career highlights include roles in various operas and major concert works. He graduated from Baylor University and received the Thomas Stewart Award for Vocal Excellence. Treviño is also a member of the San Francisco Opera's Merola Opera Program and a recipient of multiple competition awards. He resides in Verona, WI with his wife Catherine, their son Luca, and their golden retriever Daisy.
