Biography

Dr. Blumberg joined Penn State Harrisburg in 1985 as the Director of the School of Business Administration, a position he held for six years before returning to full-time teaching and research. He lectures on management, technological innovation, total quality management, and sustainability. His work on self-regulating work teams in Pennsylvania's coal fields has gained wide recognition. Currently, his research interests include technology antecedents to work performance, organizational design, and ethical management of technology. Dr. Blumberg is a member of the Academy of Management and the American Psychological Association.
