Biography

Michael Bastedo is the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Affairs at the University of Michigan's Marsal Family School of Education, where he holds the Marvin W. Peterson Collegiate Professorship. His work is primarily focused on college admissions practices and educational policy research. Bastedo is the founding director of the Michigan Admissions Collaboratory, a center aimed at enhancing research and policy in college admissions both nationally and internationally.
